I really recommend this place because they are nice polite and tend to your needs. Went there because I had half my tooth missing and found out that I needed to get a root canal done. First time in we had to experience something like that. They walked me through it step by step and yes it took some crew visits but each Time it was getting easier and easier. My last visit was the best because I was there only 20 minutes and it was done with. The doctors and their assistants all know what they are doing and never had to question one of their steps. I would highly recommend anyone I know to go here and I’m from the Illinois side as well and didn’t mind the drive at all. Thank you!!!!!

Story time. I haven't been to the dentist in years(dont judge) I've had no dental insurance. Rough times. Now that I do I called around to find out who accepts my insurance. Came across meramec dentistry. I have serious severe anxiety so I was anxious about going especially since I've had terrible experiences in the past with dentist. I 100% recommend to everyone this dentist office! It looks a little janky at first. Like just a tiny building off a side road. So I was a little concerned. However This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. From the moment I stepped in the door EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING! I interacted with a minimum of 5 staff while I was there. I have 0 complaints. The facility was very clean. The overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. Everyone feels like they're guna be judged at the dentist right? My teeth are not in good shape by no means. So my anxiety spikes like great they're guna see my teeth. I'm guna get a big lecture on how to properly care for my teeth. What I should be doing the whole 9 yards. Not once did I ever feel judged and they gave me good information and tips but not in a way that made me feel bad about my dental hygiene. Just very informative and genuinely caring and kind. I'm a strong personality type of person and I can be a lot to handle sometimes. Im aware. I cannot Express enough how much i loved meramec dentistry. I will never go to another dentist in my life. If your struggling to find the place for you. Look no more, this is it. Definitely schedule an appointment and check it out for yourself. 5 out of 5. Which if u personally knew me. That's a huge deal. I rarely ever have absolutely 0 complaints.the only thing that can be a problem for some people is if you need to cancle your appointment you must give a 48 hour notice. The usual is 24. And u must confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance or they cancle it and it counts against you. Judging by how busy they were I can see why. I have time to keep up with my appointments fortunately. For those of you that work long hours it's good to know this upfront. So far everything is great. Will update once I have more appointments to talk about. This was just my first. Hope this helps with your decision!

First time to dentist in 2 years I had a very nice hygienist who answered questions I had about things I've noticed with my teeth. She explained it very good so I could understand. She took her time and did a excellent job. Dentist was also very nice! The staff at the front desk were also very nice 🙂 Waiting area was good also nice couches!

Walking into the office, the receptionist was polite and courteous, and chairs in the waiting room were comfortable. The wait was not long, and after being called, the staff got right down to business. A charming dental assistant Victoria took my xrays, took moldings and answered my questions until the dentist, Dr. Mandefro came in. The doctor was engaging, articulate and able to explain my options in both technical terms and layman's as well. I reccomend their office to anyone, their staff both respectful and accommodating to your lifestyle and schedule.

I didn’t have dental coverage for many many years. I’ve had emergency situations throughout that and was scared to death every time. Since I got the coverage and found this place I get excited to go. They always get me in as fast as possible when I have an issue and take very good care of me. Every person in that office is AMAZING! They answer every question in detail and make sure I leave there happy. I take my kids there now and I would highly recommend this office to everybody (which I do)! I have a cleaning tomorrow and I’m looking forward to it. I never in a million years would’ve thought I’d ever say that.

My dentist retired and I really let things go with my teeth. See.. I do not like going to the dentist but who does. I recently sent out a Fb request for a referral for a new dentist. Well.. I got one. Sara Kalkbrenner told me about her dentist Meramec Dental in Arnold and how great everyone was. I had my first appt today and couldn't be happier. The staff was extremely friendly and the hygienist made me feel comfortable and I did not feel a thing. So happy to have found this Dental office. Looking forward to my next visit !!! I went to this dentist to have several teeth removed and new dentures put in. I could not be any happier. From the front office to the dental assistant Bree to Dr. Mandefro. The whole process was completed in less than 5 weeks. I highly recommend this dentist and his entire staff.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and felt welcomed. Robin who did my cleaning was great and very professional. Not a huge fane of the dentist but my experience with the staff has made it an experience that wasn’t bad at all. Definitely recommend this place for your dental needs.

I would highly recommend this dental office not only for their wonderful care but for their office staff especially Sarah. There were questions about my dental insurance and getting my files sent from the other dental office and thanks to Sarah she got the insurance answers as I was there and worked on getting my hard to get files accomplished by the end of the day. I would recommend Meramac family dentistry. The dentist is a nice down to earth guy. He is easy to talk and joke around with. Now for Victoria she is completely awesome she is good at what she does. She seems to know her stuff and is just an awesome person . Easy to talk to and also really down to earth. I would recommend Victoria to any all people that go or should go to meramac family dentistry. And I also have to shout out to another person there that tries her hardest to work with everyone to find how u can find lower prices for the work that needs to be done and her name is Julie. The whole staff at meramec dental are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I was informed of everything before they pulled my tooth, asked if i had any questions and made sure my mouth was numb every step through the process. I would recommend anyone to this dentist.
